Great article!
A small comment about why It “works” for Barca. Barca have the highest avg salary in the world, for any team sport!
Not only that, it regularly shells out mega millions to bring in established players. The Arsenal aren’t doing either, so it is hard to expect Barcelona achievements. Wenger does an excellent job to keep Arsenal in the competition though!
