Having been OK with the first two results, I must admit I wasn’t too sure about our prospects going to the ‘Pool. Turns out I needn’t have worried. You couldn’t say it was a stroll but other than the little bloke up front for them actually being fouled before falling over in the box, there didn’t seem to be that much of a goal threat. Although their nippy left winger hit the post and looks a good prospect, gave Corporal Jenkinson a bit of a game.
Jenkinson was one of several who seem to have stepped up a bit and that can only bode well as far as I am concerned. With Sagna starting to look a little brittle after his two leg breaks it’s good to have
